Life As A Promoter

I live the life of a grown man in a teenagers body. Life as a promoter can be full of stress as well as excitement. It's stressful tryin to put together events when bullshit comes your way. .straight like dat. .most of all these promoters, bands, & venues bullshit time & time again. So, I ask myself why bother anymore. In this life of being a promoter it's all about the funn & dedication that you put into it, nothin else. You gotta spend money to make money cause it's not going to be handed to you. Please believe this shit aint easy, not one bit. When doin this you gotta spend atleast $4,000 - $5,000 just to earn $6,000 - $10,000. The fucked up part is you may not get all the money you put down to do the event back, but you just gotta have "faith". If the event goes successfully then you will earn back whatchu put down to make the event happen plus more. Not only must you be dedicated but you gotta grind hard as well. I've fell into situations where I had to make some budget arrangements just to make ends meet. You must watch out for those who try to dick others robbin them for their money or those who try to use you just to get by. I'm a fair person & one thing I don't play about is my money or anyone else's. The keys to success in this life is dedication, commitment, managin your money, & do what needs to be done to satisfy your guest. When your guest are satisfied then the more successful all the rest of your events will be. One thing to rememba is satisfaction is money. The last thing that I would say livin this life is like would probably be no duplicates. You can not copy what all the other promotes are doing because that gets you no where. Be creative & try new things with your events. If you continue to copy what other promoters do then people will not continue to pay to see it.
